Change Log for OP-1 OS 11082

* In certain circumstances the OP-1 would crash after recording for an extended time. Fixed.

* Then in the tape screen an invalid assert (m_has_clips) could trigger. Fixed.

* The battery level visualization was not functional. Fixed.

* The tape speed could be slightly off after scrubbing or seeking in the opposite direction if the play direction. Fixed.

* A Free Running mode was added to the Value LFO. Updated.
